Ένας Σέρβος ζυθοποιός, ο Boban Κrunic, μια πολυτάλαντη Αμερικανίδα, η Majda Anderson, ένας Έλληνας οινολόγος - οινοπαραγωγός, ο Γιάννης Παρασκευόπουλος  & ένας Άγγλος οινέμπορος & home-brewer aficionado, ο Steve Daniel, συνθέτουν το πολυπολιτισμικό  εταιρικό μείγμα της νεοσύστατης Μικρό-Ζυθοποιίας Σαντορίνης.

Έρχονται να προσθέσουν κάτι διαφορετικό στην ομολογουμένως βαρετή – τότε - ελληνική σκηνή

των άχρωμων και άοσμων lager… 

 

Σήμερα, στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Μέσα Γωνίας της Σαντορίνης, σε αυτό το ξεχωριστό ζυθοποιείο,

θα χαρούμε πολύ να σας υποδεχτούμε, να σας ξεναγίσουμε!  Θα έχετε τηνευκαιρία να δοκιμάσετε τις Lager μας αλλά & τους σπάνιους -εποχικούς- γαϊδαράκους μας, όπου κυκλοφορούν μόνο εδώ ....

​​2011. A Serbian brewer, Boban Krunic, a multi-talented American, Majda Anderson, a Greek oenologist-winemaker, Yiannis Paraskevopoulos, and an English wine importer and former independent brewery owner, Steve Daniel, formed the Santorini Brewing Company. 

 

Creating the first microbrewery in the Cycladic region, our multi-cultural group hoped to join a wave of microbreweries then opening all over Greece, and introduce something new and different for the local population and visitors alike.

In the traditional settlement of Mesa Gonia in Santorini, in this unique brewery, we will be very happy to welcome you, to try our Lagers but & our uniquely rare donkeys, where they are only available here...

Our tasting area above the brewery has a lovely view of the village, where you can sample our beers or perhaps relax and enjoy a leisurely brew.  Follow the steps around the side and you’ll be met by our knowledgeable and friendly staff upstairs.
